What happens during the business analysis stage?

  • A business analyst will meet you to discuss your objectives and review your current processes and/or website
  • You’ll receive assistance in requirements gathering, which may involve talking to people throughout your organisation to identify opportunities to improve your technology or procedures
  • We will document the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes and produce a Business Requirements Document
  • We’ll liaise with our technical team to help identify software solutions available – either from within your organisation or from us a vendor of bespoke software.
