What Is Business Analysis?

Business analysis involves documenting processes and capturing new requirements so that our technical team can translate these into the best solution for your business.

Once the scope of a project is confirmed, the business analysis phase will ensure that the requirements are documented and all stakeholders have a thorough understanding of the data and process flows.

What happens during the business analysis stage?

  • A business analyst will meet you to discuss your objectives and review your current processes and/or website
  • You’ll receive assistance in requirements gathering, which may involve talking to people throughout your organisation to identify opportunities to improve your technology or procedures
  • We will document the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes and produce a Business Requirements Document
  • We’ll liaise with our technical team to help identify software solutions available – either from within your organisation or from us a vendor of bespoke software.
